Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is a standalone 50v50 tactical first-person shooter from Expression Games, published by Team17. Built on Unreal Engine 5, it moves the brutal team-driven Hell Let Loose formula to the Vietnam War: asymmetric battles between the US Army and the NVA, fully operational helicopters, underground tunnel networks, PBR river boats and dense jungle firefights.
Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is a brand-new standalone title — not an expansion or DLC — that takes every element of the World War II original (brutal gunplay, shifting front lines, real-time strategic teamwork) and moves it into the Vietnam War. Battles are fought 50v50 across six expansive maps, from mountain gorges to dense jungle and river deltas. The game is built around asymmetric warfare: the US Army dominates the air with helicopters and river patrols, while the NVA fights back with underground tunnels, ambushes and hit-and-run tactics. Expression Games collaborated with the Royal Armouries to faithfully recreate period weapons, gear and audio.
