Hell Let Loose: Vietnam launches on August 13, 2026 for PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The game was originally scheduled for June 18, 2026, then delayed to August 13 so the team could address open beta feedback — especially performance — before the full 1.0 release.

Why Was Hell Let Loose: Vietnam Delayed?
The original launch was set for June 18, 2026. The team at Expression Games used the extra time to act on open beta feedback. In the official developer Q&A they confirmed:
- Performance improvements — texture loading, soldier animations and the tactical map frame rate were all optimized; Xbox Series S got the 3D tac map running faster than gameplay.
- Balance changes — NVA tunnels were tuned (destroyed in enemy territory, 5-minute cooldown, longer travel times) and helicopters were buffed (better flight, more durability, officer spawns).
- New onboarding — a revamped tutorial system to help new players learn movement, roles and air assets.
Pre-Order Bonus
Pre-ordering before August 13, 2026 gives you a 10% discount on the standard and deluxe editions, plus the US Patrol Boat uniform pre-order bonus. The discount ends at launch, so if you plan to buy, pre-ordering saves money.
